"Dr Tree-Levasseur and the medical assistants fought like heck for a PA on weight loss and liver meds. My liver abnormalities disappeared! She's great! Pretty comprehensive medical care center. Walk in's at the urgent care are taken within the half-hour. There is also primary medical here too which is a good place find a family doctor. People upset over wait times do not understand how much effort they put into each patient it is hard to run a facility like this. They do a lot, some care is referred out, and that is ok... knowing their limits is good. I feel respected, and welcome here. I like the lab being open later. I hope they keep that up. If you check vitals and health grades you will see some their medical staff are the best rated in the area. It seems like the quality of care took a hit right after Covid but is back to a 5 star. I had this review at 5 star 2017-2022 but 2023 I moved it to 2 star because 2023 brought in a lot of long covid patients. I should of had patience."

"I had an appointment with Melissa Buit on 9/17 at 8:00 am. When I got there the appointment was cancelled for reasons that are still unknown to me. I have medications that include meds for high blood pressure and others that need to be refilled. There is a total lack of patient care at this facility. The worst experience you can ever hope to have. When it comes to patient care, this facility is bottom of the barrel."

"I have been fortunate enough to have Julie Pollock, PTA, as my physical therapist at the Trinity Health facility in Whitehall, Michigan. Julie has helped me a lot with the arthritis problems with my hips & legs. Thanks to her my mobility & ability to do everyday tasks have greatly improved. Julie is professional,, personable & enthusiastic. She helps her patients & inspires them to do their best. My husband & I look forward to my therapy sessions because she actually makes therapy fun & always gives me a good workout. PT Mary Okine has done a fantastic job evaluating & encouraging my progress. They are both hard working & dedicated to their patients. Julie & Mary are a credit to The Trinity Health Network. "My 85 year old Mother has been a patient here for many years and unfortunately the quality of care has declined significantly in the past year or two. She had an appointment with Dr. Roberge about 10 days ago who stated he would call in a prescription for her. To date, it has not been done even though she has followed up on it 3 times by phone. They say they will call her back, but never do. It's time to find a more professional medical facility. We are disappointed not to mention my Mother's health issue has not been resolved because of their uncaring attitude."

"This is a convient location so you don't have to travel all the way to Muskegon. They have an emergency care center, a lab, physical therapy, pharmacy, doctors offices, and life counseling there. There is a small kids play area."
