"Urgent Care- The MA Tiara was hasty, had an attitude, and in general lacked acceptable bedside manners for Trinity Health standards. She asked me the same question 3 times in a row because she wasn't listening to me. I could hardly get answers out before she would ask another question. It was more like an interrogation than anything. Working in the medical field myself in the past, I would hope she is provided with the coaching she needs to thrive in her position. Dr. Mitchell was phenomenal with answering questions and concerns and included me in my treatment plan. That is superior service. Great job."
"Very curious as to why Trinity is losing doctors. I’ve lost mine and family and friends lost theirs as well. Makes you wonder. At this time no one is covering prescription refills and there are no openings with the other doctors on staff. I was given an appointment with an NP in June and now I find out she won’t be available until September. I feel like they’ve hung their patients out to dry"
"My daughter (age 2) was ill. My husband and I were hoping it would just pass, but 2.5 days of fever, raspy voice and abnormal behavior took us to the urgent care in Whitehall. Neither my husband nor I expected the experience we had with this clinic or its staff. AMAZING; From the check in to release, I have never experienced such a visit to Urgent Care. The reception desk staff were courteous, caring and communicative with our needs. The care from the ancillary, nursing, and doctoral professionals was nothing less than phenomenal. My sick 2yo wasn’t very friendly! However, Every professional that came into contact with her was extremely compassionate, professional, knowledgeable. Even after my daughter was expertly examined, diagnosed, and discharged, every single staff member was incredibly warm and kind to all of us as we were leaving. We went immediately to the pharmacy the provider said they’d put it in at… zero issues. Expert care start to finish. Thank you (whole heartedly) to the entire staff at Trinity ❤️❤️❤️"
