"I liked the optometrist, but that's where it ends. Customer service goes right out the door with the customer. I expected to walk out with my persecution in hand, they don't do that, you have to beg them for a copy. They need my cell number to send me text message of appt. reminder and when my order came in. Only message I was was a daily appt. reminder, sales pitches and road closure notification. It took 3 months to get my trial contacts, and they didn't notify me they were in, I had to call and check on the status. Here I sit now after getting my eyes examined and I can't order contacts and they don't carry frames for those of us with narrower heads. I yearn for the day where the customer is treated like a customer, not someone to abuse and laugh at behind their back. Go elsewhere."

"The place was busy when I got there. The optometrist was helpful and pleasant. I picked out new frames that fit well. All the insurance stuff was handled for me. They accept Davis Vision insurance."
