"Mobile order took ≈25 minutes for chicken fries. They let me know they would be up soon, twice, after 15 minutes had passed, and made sure to let me know why it happened. I'm sure something happened, but that's not what I'm worried about. Food was par for BK, but they gave me extra fries and juice for my kid so that's a bump."

"Since when do you have to pay for zesty sauce when you order onion rings? The girl behind the counter was rude and said there a up charge for zesty sauce. I don’t recommend the Burger King in Norton shores"

"I ordered my food online so I could get one of the online deals but when I went through the drive thru they said they didn't have a mobile order. I went in and waited 10 minutes and they still didn't have the order. They just said there was nothing they could do about it and told me to reach out to customer service for a refund. Working on that now. I reordered my food but ended up paying more without the deal and the chicken fries were not crispy at all and it just wasn't very good."

"I don’t mind the food as I don’t expect much from it. The issue I have is every single time we go here even if I’m the only car in line it somehow takes over 15/20 minutes and I have given it multiple tries over the year or so and the quickest time I think I’ve ever had was 10 minutes. I even actually ordered ahead online recently, showed up after waiting 10 minutes after the order was placed. I had to pick up in drive thru as the doors were locked at 8:20pm I was the third car in line and it took a legit 38 minutes to get my food. It shouldn’t take 48 minutes to prepare a whopper jr a cheeseburger and two fries."

"A little slow on service but, worth the wait this visit. Ate at the Henry St location & let me tell you My Dbl Cheeseburger was Rockin ... fresh off the broiler.... my cheese was actually melting ... Fries hot out of the Fryer & the Coca Cola freestyle pop machine was a bonus as they had the Orange Hi C like McDonalds does as I can't handle carbonated drinks too much bubbly for my tummy. The only thing lacking was Salt on the fries which was corrected with a salt packet. TY for a great experience as my last visit to BK on Terrace St was stressful with food that was mid to cold & we won't talk about the manager & his lack of leadership/customer service skills."
