"A BIG FAT NOGO. ZERO STARS. I ordered online and paid for double meat on my salad but got NO meat at all. The mixed greens were soggy from a vinergerete that should have been put on the side. Then there was no lettuce, only spinach and the pinto beans were refrigerator cold along with everything on the tray; this experience was terrible. I ordered online for delivery and when my food got to me the restaurant was "closing store" so an answering machine kept picking up. I want my refund. I went to sleep last night hungry and pissed. $30 for a soggy spinach salad with no meat! Terrible! 27Feb2024."
"Honestly do disappointed. Chipotle is my favorite place but they really disappointed here. How are they always "out" of everything at 11am?? No fajitas, Pico, or salad dressing. This will probably be my last time here. This has happened several times and it's just an inconvenience at this point. Paying a pretty penny for only a couple things."
"I placed an order online. My husband got there & they said they didn't have it. The manager 11/19/23 around 2pm a extremely not helpful & ride to him. So I called the store & an employee gave the phone to the mgr & she sounded quite annoyed with me already. I told her the story & she reiterated she didn't have our order. I have her the order I was given & she said it's not their order number. Her tone was extremely rude. I was referred to 1800chipotle since she was no help. The lady say the 800 # was nice & refunded my money. That manager today should be reprimanded."
