"They don't send you any notifications when your prescription is filled. I've been without my medication for a few days. So when it finally called my doctor they said it had been called in a week ago. So now every month I run out of my prescriptioon for a week, because walgreens messed up and never notified me. Walgreens I would be very recommend to anybody. They have no clue on what they're doing in the pharmacy, plus some of the workers are very rude."

"every month im told they don't have my scripts and each time I have to tell them to double check the system and check the bins and I would say that 98% of the time they actually do have them. I recently went on vacation for 5 days and before I left I called my Dr.s office twice to make sure they sent my scripts and I called the pharmacy to make sure they got them. They told me they did and they're ready. Later that evening I go to pick them up and they told me they didn't have them. Obviously frustrated, I asked to speak to the Pharmacist and she told me they'd been out of 1 of the meds for 2 days and that they didnt have a script for one of the others. I explained that my flight was leaving in the morning and that my Dr's office didn't honer script requests over voicemail/answering service and his office was closed on Fridays. I was told they couldn't transfer my script or meds from another store due to they type of medication. My only option was for my Dr. to call in a script to another store which didn't help since I was going out of State. Luckily, she was able to give me a few emergency pills for 1 med since she knew I couldn't go without. However, she only gave me enough for 4 days. She said my Dr. Could call in the scripts on Monday, but there wasn't a Walgreens anywhere near where I was staying. I ended up spreading 4 days of meds over 7 days and I went completely without my other. When I got back into town I called my Dr and went up to the store again. This time they had the 2nd but not the 3rd. Angry, I asked to speak to the Pharmacist and AGAIN she had to give me 4 emergency doses. On Monday I called my Dr.s office and this time they called the pharmacy and were told my script was filled on Thursday morning when I had just been there Thursday night. My medication has to stay at a consistent level and the Pharmacist knew the seriousness of what could happen if they didnt. I'm not sure if it's a system, process or employee issue but it needs to get fixed ASAP because you're messing with people’s health. Needless to say I will never go back."
