"I went in for a procedure that I was both terrified and embarrassed to have but my nurse Brandy was very easy going and nice. She made me feel more comfortable. The Dr. Was also very nice."

"Only good thing about this place was the nurse was sweet. I came in for an infected insulin pump site on my arm that turned into an abscess. The doctor had a very rude demeanor about him had me in and out of there so fast could care less about my pain. He drained my arm and throw a bandage on it and said it should feel better well when I got to my car I had already bled through my bandage.. sweater completely ruined. And he could cuz apparently draining it makes everything go away now I'm in more pain then before it was drained and it's still bleeding. Then proceeded to say make sure you don't do this again. I'm a diabetic I have to put in more insulin pump sites and check my blood sugar it's not my fault I got an infection."

"I recently spent 5 days at the Cadillac surgery center in Richland Washington where I was undergoing a two-part back surgery in which the first part I had to have Dr Ambrad, who is a vascular surgeon go through my stomach and move organs and most importantly the two main arteries that lie just in front of your spine at the lower level. At that time doctors high five each other and then Dr Wahl, who is my neurosurgeon goes in and removes the destroyed disc between vertebrae L5 and S1 and then replaces it with what's called a cage properly gapping it and securing it with two screws from the front side. two days later part two of the surgery took place in which the neurosurgeon Dr Wahl went in through my left side and removed the destroyed disc between vertebrae L4 and L5 and then replaced it with a cage and two screws then commenced to turn me over on my stomach cut into my lower back where he could gain access to vertebrae S1 L5 and L4 and At this time used rods to temporarily secure all three vertebrae together as one vertebrae. This allows your body to basically fuse all three vertebrae together with bone and the final Hope for outcome would be to do exactly that to fuse with bone S1 L5 and L4.sow me up and pat me on the back and say go heal. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, respect, dignity and kindness! My neurosurgeon was Dr Walhl who came highly recommended to me by an ex kadlec employee but I would have to add that what I was told was actually an understatement as to this surgeons skill level and bedside manner. He informed me of every and I do me every possible scenario that could go wrong with this particular surgery. And after doing so he built me up with positivity explaining that none of these things have ever happened to him personally. I would also highly recommend Dr Ambrad who is so very professional very enlightening and knew what I needed before I did. I had so many memorable encounters with different staff nurses and nurses aides that I can't possibly remember all their names but I just wish to thank them all for their excellent service and advice. I would like to point out a occupational therapist that helped me tremendously and would not leave me until I understood everything that she was explaining to me and how to do it in addition to actually performing these duties with her present to make sure that I wasn't going to hurt myself after returning home. This young lady went well beyond what she needed to do to make sure that I had a positive healing experience. I would hope that Cadillac would commend Angela for her hard work dedication kindness attentiveness and so much more!"

"Dr. Iseri and his staff was amazing! I have a rare condition that needed immediate attention. He saw me the same day that my PCP referred, and he operated on me the next day. He surpassed any expectations I had, and I will refer all family and friends to him."

"Beware! They are deceptive with their billing. A quick Dr check was billed as a surgical procedure and the follow up visits were also billed as surgical visits. The billing was never disclosed during any visits. I went in assuming I was having a Dr visit co-pay and after a 5 minute visit from a Dr I was billed for surgical visit!! What a scam!! They refuse to rebill or resubmit to my insurance. After 3 visits (that I did not know were being billed as surgical) I finally received a bill!! Not to mention that I ended up having to go to a different Dr to actually have my issue resolved because nothing was helping after my 3 visits here!! I feel like I was the victim of a billing scam."
