"Went to see a doctor for back pain I've had getting worse since military service 15 years ago, was a new patient. Was given a shot and told they would call in scripts for me, to start called into wrong pharmacy. Then forgot to call in one for sleep. When I called them I was told doctor started a week long vacation and they needed me signing papers they never gave me when in office so I went back. Afterwards was told a OnCall doctor would call it in soon. Day later still nothing. I call back they had forgotten it. Then spent until closing waiting for them to call it in. Still hasn't happened. Kept being told a different doctor was doing it but seeing patients... I'm pretty calm and can be patient, but when it's a screw up you caused not me, you'd think they would make it Right and fast...takes 1 minute to call the pharmacy. There's too much lack of accountability and caring in the world anymore. First visit there and it was nightmare... sleeps been a issue because of ungodly low back pain. So I was relying on them to fix the situation. But 2 days later still don't have my stuff they were writing me. Unbelievably frustrated. This is literally my first review I've "ever" written in 36 years."

"Just received the worst customer service from the nurse over the phone. She was borderline rude and very condescending.Dr. Peltier has been Our G.P for approximately 15 years or more and this is by far the worst experience of our relationship."

"Been seeing Dr. H Kiomento for years, never had any problems until she came to this clinic. Called to see about getting in to see her been vomiting for days, can't keep any liquids down. Don't have medical insurance and she helps me with keeping cost down. Staff is very uncaring unlike my doctor. Told me I can see someone I've never even seen, told them I wanted my own doctor. She then said I could come in Tuesday . The staff here sucks would not recommend this place to anyone."

I would definitely recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone who doesn't like to be talked down to. He tells it like it is and has always listened to me when I've told him which medications work best for my medical issues."
