"Very understaffed, with too many floaters doing jobs they know nothing about and then doing the same job many times in a day. Two different nurses from two different doctors called me four times each in one day all concerning one issue, of which both offices had the paperwork in their hands and one office gave me the wrong information off that paperwork. Try to get THEM to answer the phone though! Good luck with that!! No need to count on the patient portal for anything except maybe that extra charge in your bill so they can keep it up and running with nothing in it!"
"This is probably the best Dr office I've been too in northern MI. And believe me, I've had very bad experiences at many. I like the staff here. The nurses are overall awesome and quest makes it easy to get bloodwork done. Not just that but I'm actually being listened to for the first time in my life about my health. So that's a plus. However, I have noticed some miscommunication issues and things not sending through the first time, as far as scripts and referrals go. And that can be super annoying but the staff have always been nothing but helpful when that does arise."
"The absolute worst care I've ever had when it came to needing serious medical attention. First they have dropped the ball on several ailments I was having second when they couldn't take from my insurance anymore they wouldn't even help me with medicine. Also nurses from the McBain office we're so rude that I just hung up. I do not recommend this place to anybody that truly wants to be cared for for more than their money. I am disabled and on disability and was treated horrible please just remember that people."
