"*RUDE OFFICE* My spouse accidentally missed his new patient appointment. (He works 60 hrs a week, we have 3 children, 2 with low vision/legally blind, & one with autism as well , so life can be quite overwhelming for us at times... today i have my oldest home sick, holidays just got over and kids only back to school yesterday, so I'm not surprised we missed this but he still really needed to be seen so i was certainly disappointed). I immediately called once we received the text that it was missed this morning and to 'text to reschedule'. I called the office & was told quite RUDELY by front desk that I was not 'ALLOWED' to reschedule with them since he missed his new patient appointment & that now I would simply have to find another provider. I clarified this and was coldly told the same thing again. Honestly, I am glad to see how they are now before having myself or children seen there as well now too. Definitely not the kind of place I would like to work with in the future at all simply based on that one interaction."
"Dr. Dinner is my PCP. Out of all the doctors I have had in my 64 1/2 years if living, I like him the best. He is never in a hurry. He is thorough. He listens to your concerns and acts accordingly. All of the staff here are wonderful. I have and would highly recommend this office and Dr. Diener to any & everybody!"
