"Dr. Bizz took his time and explained my knee problem very clearly while going over my x-ray. While awaiting potential surgery I elected to get a cortisone shot from PA-C Fred Kaspriak. Fred did a wonderful job and after this process, I now believe I'd never had a cortisone shot properly injected. My knee is pain-free and I'm considering postponing surgery. Desk-area staff are welcoming and helpful,, location is great, exam rooms aren't cramped at all, and the medical staff is top notch. Not sure what else you could ask for."

"Don't get me wrong, when I went there for my wrist, doctor Fred did a great job. But not for when I went for my ankle. I broke it back in 2014, had about 2 months or so of a cast and brace. He told me I could be released to light work duty and start walks by again, never went back to work yet, but I did start to work. Well it never got better, and I thought it might have been because I didn't do physical therapy right away, I finally started physical therapy after a few months when I had heath insurance, didn't help, at all. So, 2015 I have an X-ray done of my ankle by Munson urgent care they said it's fine. Now January 2017 comes along have time and money for once to get it looked at, it was still broken, doctor Fred released me while my ankle was still broken and I walked on it for over 2 years with no knowledge of this, now I have surgery, and can't work for a month so now I get to be broke again, struggle a lot again, and work my ass off again, and get nothing in return..again, cause he didn't pay too hard of attention to doing his job. The broken bone was the size of a thumb, and still attached to the ligement, both just hanging there, had a bone spur as well which was taken out, then he had to decompress the tarsal tunnel, I'm also probably gonna needs lots of physical therapy, and all this other junk, I also have arthritis now because of this, and a couple other issues, not to mention I might have knee, hip, and back problems later on because of how I've walked over the last 2 years. People may say why didn't you get it looked at before. Well, why didn't either doctor do their job, Dr. Fred let me go when it wasn't healed at all, and then in 2015 Munson urgent care had the X-ray I got done and said it was fine when it clearly was not. My mom says I should've asked for a cat scan or MRI, and tried saying it's partly on me for not asking for those tests, sorry mother, I didn't know I was a doctor. Moral of the story is, be careful, you never know who can screw up."
