"I give them one star and it is because you cannot give them less than that. The staff in front attending to the patients where you check-in are not helpful. My experience with them is very bad. I was there for an hour and a half and they never called me, apparently I went for the love of art. Then they wanted to give me another appointment for four hours later as if I were on vacation."

"Even when I started having commercial insurance to go to the "good" places, I still come here years after they fired me as an employee. Some of the best clinicians, and humans walk those halls. Kim, Giselle, Dan, Amanda, and a few others have changed how I see my health. They are as invested my health as I am. They care."

"Made me pay 180 bucks for a 10 minute visit AFTER stalling for an hour with a fire drill and not accepting my insurance because it's "too good" I guess. Better off going to urgent care for that wait time and a lower price of 75 bucks next time I need fast help."

"I don’t know who the hell is running this place, going by my experience it seems no one cares. The front office staff are so inconsiderate, despite having an appointment I was made to wait forever. I tried to get in touch with a manager but was spoken to in such a condescending tone. There wasn’t even someone to take down my complaint. This place doesn’t care about its patients. Won’t be returning, there are better clinics out there."
