"Very rude receptionist wouldn't even let me talk. I have paperwork saying I need to be seen as soon as possible by them. Instead of me explaining myself she constantly talks over you. Then goes to tell me it's going to be 15-20 days before I am seen to go to e.r. The ER is who sent me to them been there 2 timess already was told I have a cavernoma and is causing migraines and dizziness. What does one have to do to be seen by doctor at Bronson neuroscience. This is completely not exceptional"

"Even though I have been diagnosed with PNES (Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizures) I also as well have other symptoms that have been highly ignored and have went to the hospital for my seizures was told to go see my neurologist and he refused to have a follow up with me because he wanted to see how cognitive therapy went, even though I have been in counseling for a while. I do not recommend siwoski, some staff was awesome though.. If you don't want to be Medically Gaslit. Then don't see this doctor."

"Dr. Lapen is Gold. He listens, he's informative, he really follows what's best for you. I've seen him bat for me with insurance coverage as well. It takes a while to get in, but that's because he's the best. I learned that if you call you might get an appointment cancelation. We need more Dr.s like him."

"My symptoms, care, pain management, and finding out what is wrong with me medically is not an interest of Dr. Dunn. He is a pill pusher without actual knowledge of a proper diagnosis. I have a brain lesion that has grown 50%+ in size in a year. After this knowledge he ordered zero tests and showed zero interest in the cause, along with the issues I was still having, and told me the Neurosurgeon would from then on be responsible for my care. The neurosurgeon then told me it was the responsibility of the neurologist. I ended up in the emergency room in pain, and was forced to have a follow up with Dr. Dunn. He was condescending, rude, and spoke to me as if I was a belligerent child. I've went back and forth with this office over prescriptions that weren't being handled correctly, and instead of helping me, they are now denying me any sort of pain management, which is a violation of patient rights. And to be clear, I have never asked for narcotics. The apathy from Dr. Dunne and his nurse Rachelle is disgusting, and honestly horrifying."
