"Thee best location for great service and delicious food. Everyone who works there is amazing, helpful, and very kind, also service is always very fast even when theyre busy. Their cupcakes are the best cupcakes I've had. I'm not even a huge fan of cupcakes and I'm obsessed with them. We pre-ordered the cupcakes for Thanksgiving, and they were a big hit with my family. They make the subs perfectly everytime and the fries are so yummy and crispy. No other location compares. Thank you and have a great holiday!"
"I went to this Tubby's and we had one sub made very poorly. The tomatoes selected must have been bad and the meat was super greasy. The sandwich was just mush. When I called that night, four minutes after they closed, they didn't answer the phone. No big deal, I would call the next day. I called after work, two times, and they did not answer the phone. I finally got ahold of someone two days later, and they refused to fix the issue unless we had the sandwich. I would not recommend anyone spend their money at this location. If they make a mistake, they are unwilling to fix it."
"The stars can change. I hadn’t ate, Tubbys in a long time so, I decided I’d stop here and try a sub. The customer service was ok. I mean they weren’t rude but they weren’t all that nice either. I got something like a meatball sub. Which is at that place just seasoned crunched up meat with a little pizza sauce in it. I wasn’t that bad tho it wasn’t all that good either. The fries and ketchup was good. The drink tasted like club soda. I like the windows. Love having a view when I’m dining in. I had to clean my own table. Guess, not a total big deal but it wasn’t liked. I wouldn’t say I’d not recommend this place because, it seems the staff will try and understand, if there’s a problem with anything. Thanks for your services. Good day."
