"Ordered delivery from a location 0.2 miles away from where I am located due to caring for an elderly person with mobility issues. Delivery was placed online at 12:05pm. Order has been shown as completed since 12:35pm. I called the store at 12:49pm to ensure my order hadn't been delivered to the wrong address. The gentleman who answered the phone said their delivery driver had just arrived and our order would arrive shortly. That was 24 minutes ago. Still no food."
"Freaky fast for sure, but doesn’t really matter how fast you are if you’re going too quickly to pay attention and give the whole order. Made my sandwich a combo with pickle as the side and they didn’t include the pickle. How do you forget literally 1/3 of an order??"
"The only subs I will eat! So fresh from bun to meat to toppings and sub sauce is yummy..try the bowtie pesto macaroni salad as a side!"
"I ordered my meal at 6:55 pm. At 7:45 my husband called to find out if the order was out for delivery or not yet, as it usually does not take that long. We were told that it was on its way and should arrive shortly. The tracker also noted “out for delivery”. At 8:20 my food was still not delivered so my husband called again to inquire. He spoke to the same woman that he spoke to the first time, and he was told the order had been voided. When he (sounding very confused) questioned why the order would have been voided when we were told it was already out for delivery the woman replied very rudely, “well since you’re carrying on I asked if you wanted it voided.” My husband was not carrying on. What horrendous customer service. I replied “mam you have no right to be rude to us when we are simply asking if the food is coming, it’s been over an hour and your slogan is freaky fast delivery. Is the food coming or not?” And she said “nope, it’s voided” and hung up on us. Unbelievable! Terrible delivery service. Horrible customer service. And just outright RUDE!!!!"
"Took over 30 minutes for delivery. Ordered extra hot peppers. I counted 3. My chips were never delivered and the unwhich was just a pile in a wrapper, couldn't pick it up. (I get them all the time from a different Jimmy johns and don't have that issue) No pride in their work. I filed a complaint as well."
