"The restaurant was cold - physically and metaphorically. The waitstaff was disinterested and the food was awful. The enchilada that I ordered was no more than a tortilla with a little cheese melted on and my husband's food appeared to be thrown together. This is not the Taco Bell I remember!"
"Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. They did not even take our order correctly. Trying to search for our stuff to make sure everything was in the bag The guy was extremely rude. I can't believe that as a paying customer we did not receive a receipt any of our sauce and our order was all incorrect. Rude absolutely rude. As somebody who worked in customer service in managed in a customer service setting I would be absolutely appalled if any of the people that I worked with or any of my employees treated anybody in such a manner."
"Came through today at around 10:45 am 3 bean and cheese burritos and a large Mt dew....at the window I was asked if I wanted any sauces I asked for Diablo for y'all not to give it to me or napkins.... c'mon get it together people y'all's job ain't that hard"
"Ordered food through the app (Mexican pizza, taco supreme combo with large diet). When the order was ready, pop wasn't provided and I waited at the counter for 10+ minutes before I was even acknowledged. One of the tacos had all the meat on one side, with a squirt of sour cream on the other. The second taco didn't even have a teaspoon of meat in it. Mexican pizza had meat on one side and beans on 1/2 of the other side, with the remainder of the shell with nothing in-between."
"The food was a disaster! All tacos smashed. Almost think this was a prank. Some tacos didn't even have a spoon full in them. Pintos and cheese were hard ReFried beans and cheese. Last night was a $40 waste of money."
