"Ordered 2 calzones to be delivered. When they got here the calzones were ice cold and the bottom of the boxes were filled with grease. Very disappointed Sorrentos used to have great pizza and delivery was prompt. Won't be eating from here again in a long time"

"I used to go there all the time. Then they sold the business about 1.5 yrs ago and added a snarky manager. No more pop machine to drink while you wait, only cans and bottles. One day I ordered my fav, a PERSONEL pan pizza, 4 deep pieces, and loaded. I heard the manger tell the employee “ONLY 1 PEPPERONI PER PIECE!” It’s 10 bucks man and your skimping WTH? I love the pizza, dipping sauces, bread sticks, and great subs, wings are so-so. I never went back after that. Heard the same from friends of mine also, manger is a jerk, there words notmine!"

"Ordered an extra large pizza, with double cheese double pepperoni, receive the pizza with light cheese and half slices of pepperoni. Call the store, was offered a credit, use my credit today and the pizza was horrible. Wasn’t double cheese and wasn’t double pepperoni and I’ve been eating at this restaurant for over 15 years but the quality has really went down."

"We used to love this place but sadly we won’t be back. Last two orders the pizzas have not been cooked properly. Raw and uncooked cheese in the middle, raw onion all over. Cannot remove a slice without it completely falling apart. Not sure what’s going on at this location but we won’t be back. Oddly for a deep dish it was incredibly thin!"
