"Avoid this place like the plague, the building is poorly lit and always filthy, the kitchen is incredibly slow, and the food is never better than "ok". The only saving grace was our waiter who was incredible. Although I do give this establishment some slack though, because there are always unattended children running around. And I noticed a lot of the customers are incredibly rude to the staff. To be honest I'm not sure why bdubs corporate hasn't pulled the plug on this location yet."

"I had a problem with my order and wanted to talk to the manager. The manager took forever to come out and still after 20 minutes of waiting for that person to come out, I didn't get a chance to talk to them. It was very unprofessional to make me wait for the manager. I never received my order either. Horrible place and horrible staff. The pregnant girl at the front needs to speak up when talking too and not have an attitude when someone can't hear her. Yes I know you don't work in the kitchen but you can be helpful and check on orders and not be on your phone. Pathetic place."

"Building is very big, a lot of seating options and tons of tvs for games. Parking lot is a little spread out. Food has always been good when I've been here and enjoy it. Staff has always been on top of things when I come in. Enjoy Thursdays because of bogo boneless wings. Go between 3-6 and it's also happy hour so you get double specials."

"Never ordering delivery, and at this point just not going there ever again. Ordered over a month ago, was delivered missing half of my items, they offered me a gift card, never was mailed to me. Ordered again tonight. A chicken wrap, celery/carrots, and pretzel bites. Only thing I got was the pretzel bites, and for some reason some tiny container of shredded chicken. For 34 dollars! Extremely inconvenient and cannot believe this happened twice in a row! I do not recommend. The only positive is the manager was nice."
