"Had the absolute worst pick up experience of my life. Used the Cloverleaf app to make an online order. It was a good size order too. Set order to be ready for 5:30pm. Got to store around 5:20pm. Got to counter and told manager Nick my name and he said it would be ready shortly. I was 10 minutes early, so no problem at all. Meanwhile another gentleman had been waiting there over an hour for a pizza that was also supposed to be ready at a set time. From 5:20-5:45pm, manager Nick must of asked me 10x if I either had been helped or if my name was *insert several different female names* when I repeatedly told him my name was Erica. Then at about 5:50, another worker comes out, asks if I’ve been helped, and I told him I was but I’m still waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm. Worker goes back to check and comes back out to tell me that NO ONE HAS EVEN STARTED MY ORDER. He apologizes and tells me it will be about another 15 minutes. Since I already had paid online, I had no choice to wait otherwise I would have probably walked out. Manager Nick came back out and asked me again if I had been helped and if my name was *insert another females name”. I then reminded him how long I have been here waiting. He blamed the screw up on “new employees”. While I’m still waiting I’m watching other people get their pizzas, but also other better getting frustrated with being ignored or forgotten about. The phone was ringing off the hook with no one answering it. Finally at 6:25pm, my order was finally ready."

"Yup, this is Detroit deep dish pizza. This location of Cloverleaf does it right. Plenty of toppings. Nice sweet sauce. If you want to try a Detroit style deep dish, you need to buy one of these!"

"The service was great, a little slow to get our food but it is what it is. The food was good while we were eating in. The gluten free cheese bread was delicious. However, I was just eating my left overs for dinner (we went yesterday, ate leftovers today) and I definitely just pulled a massive hair out of my mouth that was under the cheese. Super bummed because 1.) I had to toss most of a pizza and 2.) they had a really good gluten free option and I am probably not going to be able to eat there again without thinking of the hairs."
