"Ordered 1 LG pizza at 5:23 pm, called the store at 7:30 to find out where my pizza was. It's now almost 8 pm and still no pizza. Talked to manager Vern who apologized for delay & offered discount on my next order. My online order indicated my delivery around 6:45 pm. . Really? 2 1/2 hour wait, next order? As if...pizza just arrived and it's not even hot"
"Called the phone number to place my order and was offered a 15% off to order through the automated system. So I did it. Placed most of my order but wasn't able to complete it due to the system not understanding that I wanted to add a small salad with Italian dressing. Immediately I call to correct my order. My gf gets there, goes to pay and our salad was taken by the delivery driver. So she had to wait. She gets home and the order is mostly right however the sizes of the are wrong, missing dressings and is cold. I call to talk about the issues and the manager Dominic is condescending and offers to repay me $2 and give us a Italian dressing. The issue was our order was wrong and we were over charged for items we didn't order."
