"Disgusting ! Garbage all over the driveway and drive through area! Is there a manager at this facility? If it’s this bad outside I wonder how this place looks behind the scenes! Disappointed that Shelby Township lets this go on!"
"It's Tim friggin Hortons...... How can you mess it up? Like, repeatedly? My job takes me all over the metro Detroit area 5 days a week, I get the same, SIMPLE drink twice a day from Probably 30 different Tim Hortons around town. This is the ONLY location that messes it up EVERY SINGLE TIME. And God forbid you ask for it to be corrected, the amount of attitude I get every time I need it re-made is unbelievable! I never leave reviews, but this place is a complete nightmare."

"All the donuts in the picture you can get as part of a Dozen price, including the Apple Fritter and Cinnamon Rolls, except for the Green Frosted ones on the Left as these are considered Holiday donuts and they cost more money. I wanted a couple for the grand kids and could not believe when they mentioned it was not part of a dozen price. Anyways, they appear to be the same as all the other donuts in size and other donuts have sprinkles so I don't get it. The word Holiday must raise the price..."
"Wow this was the worst visit we've ever had at Tim Hortons. You should definitely reconsider who you have staffed. Even in today's times, this was beyond terrible service. No napkins, no bag for the food, individual wrappers handed out to us. They told us they couldn't do wraps as they were cleaning the machine at 7:00 and they are open until 10 and when we got to the window they said they are out of sandwich buns. Ordered 2 soups and only gave us one. We were very kind from the beginning, just making an order and they rudely said to us at the window that you didn't tell us and that we had to pay. For the record it was cold. Didn't give us a receipt and only gave us very dirty looks."
