"Not so friendly staff, food quality is not fresh after a certain time I'm assuming because I went in around 4pm ... the veggies were mixed together with others, slimey, discolored and some dried out .. definitely not fresh I wasn't able to build my sub the way I wanted..I usually get most of the veggies on my sub and could only get lettuce, tomato (i took a chance on those they looked a little questionable ) and pickles...when I asked why does the veggies look so bad and can they switch out the veggies one employee had an attitude and said nothing they can do and that's just how it is... The store still had 6 hours till close with only those veggies and they looked disgusting at 4 pm. They gave me a free medium drink for the issue which I asked for they did not offer....the fountain pop tasted funny unfortunately and that was the closest sub place to me so as much as I wanted to just walk out and go somewhere else I was already there. I know I won't be coming back tho"
"Service was wonderful by the young man the evening I went in. The Men's room was FILTHY! No Paper towels. Soap on the floor -- EMPTY! DISGUSTING! Good thing I was NOT eating in and needed to wash my hands before eating."
"Ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong, got no bacon. Here’s the kicker..ordered a six inch meatball sub, got home and she forgot to put the meatballs on it! And…I’ve called three times and they are not answering the phone..it’s a snowy Sunday afternoon…give me a break!"
"This review is about principal. These guys forgot to bag a single $.60 cookie (how? You're not busy). When I got home I called and told the guy who put me on hold to figure out this very complicated matter with the manager. My resolve? Call corporate because it won't let us refund because you ordered on the app. Fair enough. No call back from them). A better resolve would have been to say something like 'will your be in sometime soon? If so, I'll get you a few because we appreciate your business'. You guys can learn and be different in a messed up customer service world"
"This isn’t my actual name my real name is Madeline but oh my god….I ordered via DoorDash I got the footlong pro which is supposed to have double meat but what I received is not even remotely close to double meat in fact what I got was not even the normal amount of meat on the regular sandwich. I don’t care. There’s no excuse for this. It’s terrible service. Subway is my favorite place to eat but they’ve gone downhill fast."
