"WOW is all I can say. My lady was in the drive thru placed her order and then I said can you get me a shake please. My lady then said can I add another shake to that I'm sorry. This person literally said no you can't I already sent it. And would not allow her to add the other beverage to the order. Literally was told no."

"I have held off and held my tongue and given this a chance. But holy s*** there's no freaking McDonald's to go to anymore that isn't horrible. I won't even go into the shenanigans and ridiculousness of what happened the last time I know you asked me. Why do I keep coming? Because the alternatives are worse? Hell, I even got for the first time in my entire 40 years of living... A cheese sandwich not even grilled cheese cheese in a bun without the Burger. But that's neither here nor there that was three months ago. BEFORE I FORGET... The one good thing was this young teenage boy who brought the meal out, apologized, was very polite and Complimented him because kids are not like that nowadays and he was excellent. This one used to be great and now every time it's pulled off to the side. 2 cars ahead of me should take a few minutes and waiting 15 simple to item order and I swear to God. I have seen every car with PoCs go ahead of me.and LEAVE and 2 of us who are NOT: still W A I T I N G waiting. Take it for what it is. I'm just saying this is pretty messed up."

"The fries were drenched in oil and had a spongy texture inside, likely due to not changing the oil regularly. To make matters worse, I received the wrong burger. When I called the store to address the issue, I had to return in person, and the customer service experience was absolutely horrible. I waited for 15-20 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, when I tried to explain my situation, I was left on hold for 18 minutes. I even have pictures of my order as proof, but I'm not willing to drive back to the store for a refund, considering the overall unacceptable experience."

"Waited 10 minutes for my order. Only person In line. Ordered a quarter pounder and cheese and after 10 minutes i finally got my order. I went home to eat and took a bite and immediately spit out raw hamburger. This is absolutely unacceptable. I need a refund."

"Absolutely the worst possible service imaginable in my life!!!!! I was informed they are under new ownership. The owner is named Joe and he is not reachable. This facility needs to be shut down and not able to open until staff is trained and there is a flow for how to produce the product and give satisfactory results. We are spending our money !!!!!! We deserve proper service. As you see, lunch hour and they make every single car pull over out of the line to get their food. Today I waited 40 minutes for my food and still have to go back inside for sauce that o asked for already for nuggets. How do you serve nuggets and not think hmm what sauce went with these!!! I see there is already similar reviews to mine here so I say let’s show them and avoid this location at all costs until it’s resolved!!!!!!!!!!"
