"THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I GOT A CHILI DOG THAT HAD BLACK CHILI ON IT, CALLED TO REQUEST A REFUND, GOT THERE AND HAD TO ARGUE BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE PERSONS NAME THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE. THERE ACTUALLY THAT DUMB THAT THEY CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT WHEN THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 3 EMPLOYEES WORKING OR ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING. NOT TO MENTION THEY ALREADY HAVE YOU PULL AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE SO THE TIMER ISN'T GOING ON HOW LONG THEY TAKE GETTING YOUR FOOD AND THEY ONLY PUT 1 ORDER OF FRIES AND I ORDERED 4. THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND SLOW. ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THE "OWNER" ALWAYS REPLIES THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE, BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY AREN'T TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!"
"I don't know, may be it's just me. I'm used to a polite response back when I say Happy Holiday to someone . Not here. Went through the drive-thru to pick up a burger and shake and said Happy Thanksgiving and I got not a single smile or a verbal response back. Very rude. Thank for no napkins. Boooo"
"Did not care for this location. Parking lot needs work due to pot holes. With snow melting couldn't see it and it hit hard. Got the new chicken strip (8 count) for 9.99 and one was 1/2 the size and the other was like 2 of the chicken bite size. Chocolate shake was a joke. It was like a chocolate swirl."
