"We froze our butts off in theater number 1 while watching, The Marvel !!!! Great movie but we will not come back until the manager adjust the temperature. I complained about it but nothing was done about it."
"Buying tickets online or through an app does not expedite the process of checking in or skipping the lines. Not sure why something as simple as a couple self-service kiosks to print tickets doesn’t exist. Concessions and ticket counter are one and the same, wait time for service on a big release night are extraordinarily long."
"Closed on a holiday weekend without any updates of it online. Showtimes for today start as around noon but theater is closed until 3:00. I drove a 45 minutes in the opposite direction of the next closest theater. I understand staffing shortages, but do better than posting a barely readable piece of paper with on piece of tape. There are tons of people walking up and leaving disappointed."
