"Your app is terrible. Once again I ordered from the app (since there are no employees in the stores) and despite me being IN THE STORE, my order was sent to another store more than five miles away. I was never presented with a choice of stores, only a request to use my location. That's $7.00 I'll never see again. I literally do not know the last time Taco bell got an order correct. Wrong store, missing items, order ready ninety minutes after is was supposed to be. I love the food but if I can't buy it, I can't eat it. I'll just go somewhere else from now on. Even when I tries to use the app to file a complaint, I couldn't because the button to submit is permanently grayed out. The same is true of the website. Apparently, Taco Bell doesn't want any feedback."
"So I ordered GH and for whatever reason it went to this location, 8 miles away, and not the one 2 miles from my house. Somehow it might have been a blessing because everything was made well, looked great, and packaged well. Everything was tasty and didn't seem too "old" (my Powerbowl lettuce was very limp...very) but still one of the better GH Taco Bell orders I've had!"
"I’ve given this place so many chances since it’s opened, it’s been a rollercoaster ride. I’m done though. Last handful of times I’ve had to wait 30 minutes at least for food the minute I walk in the door, even when I order ahead of time. And that’s if you can even walk in the door. Constantly will be randomly closed. So you select inside pickup and can’t do it, then the drive thru is backed up and you can’t cancel your order."
"First of all, the cinnamon twists were burnt and had a weird smell and taste, then my Gordita crunch shell was stale and crunchy- kinda upsetting."
"I ask for no tomatoes extra beef in my Crunchwrap EVERYTIME. They always put tomatoes and I pay for extra beef for nothing.. sometimes they forget random ingredients in my crunch wrap. I called and no one answered… not my favorite location… Update: I went through the drive thru and told them what happened and they asked who I spoke to. When telling them I didn’t get a hold of anyone after calling many times, they said they cannot remake my crunch wraps! Horrible customer service"
