"I took advantage of the special they were running. Everything was fresh and hot and they didn't hold back on the toppings. The only thing I would have to complain about they had a lot of employees standing around and they could be the delivery drivers, but they could have helped the 2 people making the pizza and especially the young lady taking the pizza from the oven and slicing and boxing them. She was the one that helped me. Thanks to her you still have a good customer."

"Never had a problem coming here . However today they said my order would be ready in 15 minutes . Was there in 15 minutes and proceeded to wait another 25 minutes in the lobby for my pizza . Now they say they have to make another pizza because they don't know what happened to mine . So now I have to wait another 15 minutes . Now my lunch break is over and I'm still waiting . Very upsetting . So an an hour later I get back to work and what do I find when I open the box ? Not the style pizza I ordered ! At least it had the right toppings .Okay , so after all that , I got a free pizza , a free pop , and they gave me a refund , and a free pizza next time . Nobody else would go that far to make it right . Even though mistakes happen , They will still get my business . Edit ... So angry with this place again . I called to place an order and was put on hold for over five minutes . So I hung up and called back only to be placed on hold again for five times straight with over 5 minutes being on hold each time . Finally gave up and went somewhere else . With that kind of service you don't deserve my business . Again edit : Decided to come back for a thin crust . And just got a nice yummy burnt pizza from this place . Yay ! *Update Wow ! Still terrible said 20 minutes . Was there in 20 minutes . Said it would be another 20 minutes ! And the pizza that I got ? Terrible ! Back to cardboard crust . No flavor . No sauce . Sparse toppings . I think I'm done giving them second chances ."

"Pizza wasn't cut , looks like everything was slopped on the pizza. I always order from here with no problems and the last couple times I order a sub they skimp on the meat. Probably going to stop ordering here,I got two subs their philly is all cheese can't taste any meat because they only put a couple pieces, I recommend going to subway instead if you want a sub"
