Tim Hortons

"THE WORST Tim Hortons restaurant I keep going back today I had the rudest employee talk back to me and argue with me that they can not steam my cream or froth it because it will ruin the machine and non hygienic? Every other Tim Hortons DOES NOT have an issue to do this, one of the many Tim Hortons i stop at frequently told me about steaming or frothing. I keep going back to give them another chance today I am done! I have never been talked to like that in my entire life and no one should be! Ever since this location opened up the employees are rude non helpful they make you feel you are putting them out. They are doing a job if you don't like your job find another job! Frances S Selewski Then how come when I visit other Tim Hortons there is never an issue on steaming or frothing the cream I visit a Tim Hortons everyday it might not be the same daily but I do go to Tim Hortons everyday! They have steamed my cream at this location before many times I did not appreciate how I was treated by this location and seems like you are not willing to Rectify the situation and there is numerous complaints against this location?"

"Hello, I as a current worker for Tim Hortons and a previous one at this location I can 100% vouch and say that this location cares about its workers and the positive environment surrounding the said workers. I’ve worked with disabled employees there and they are wonderful and fantastic workers I wouldn’t want it any other way, the owners are fantastic people to be working for and working with and they do help out with other people with charities and fundraisers as much as possible. -thank you for reading"

"Terrible food and even worse customer service. Michael the worker only understands how a Tim Hortons cash register works. Michael also makes fun of the disabled people. The supervisor for this restaurant (supposedly area manager as well) keeps him employed knowing how Michael laughed at how someone is disabled. Supervisor Ravender, shame on you and your work ethics. As for Michael I’m sure he will remain at a coffee shop for his lifetime. Tim Hortons, shame on you as a company for employing these 2 individuals."

"They will get your order wrong, 100% of the time. Do not make any changes to your order or sandwich because they simply can't handle it. If you ask for any sort of change or customizations (no tomatoes, no mayo, add lettuce, etc...) they will mess it up every single time. If what you order is exactly identical to the menu then you are probably fine. But the only thing I order is a turkey club no mayo and it has mayo every single time. I love Tim Hortons food so I keep telling myself that they won't mess it up this time but I'm wrong and they will. The consistency is impressive though and I think they deserve that shout out. They will mess up your order 100% of the time and there's something about that consistency that impresses me. My final thoughts are that Tim Hortons are a inherent mis-representation of Canada and their friendly spirit. Order something else!"

"Disappointed - I couldn’t get two creams on the side so they asked if they could put it in I said sure I got to the window my coffee was almost white that’s not two creams. Luckily they remade it my egg is brown and looks like raw chicken"
