"Lady at the drive thru asked to hold which is fine. About 3 mins into it I hear a toilet flush and never heard her wash her hands Then I go to order lunch items and I’m told they only serve breakfast at the time I was ordering. The day prior my coworker went at the same time and ordered lunch"

"I don’t know who the guy is that works overnight here but he is top-tier. I go to the gym very late at night and come here after my work out for a chicken sandwich about 3am about 3 nights out the week. Every time he is so nice, willing to make anything fresh for me (even if there’s a wait). That man deserves a raise or a management role"

"I just went to the BK on 23 & Schoenherr and was about 10 minutes early for lunch. But the amazing lady at the drive thru, said it was okay and they would make my lunch for me. After ordering everything and pulling up to the window, I had the pleasure of meeting probably the sweetest lady in Burger King history. June was the nicest lady I have ever met at a fast food restaurant. You guys need to make sure you keep employees like her happy and keep her around."

"Pulled in at one in the morning, well out plowing they got me in and out in five minutes onion rings were hot and fresh. Fries were hot and fresh. The Gall took my order was friendly and nice. Been in there before never had an issue. Highly recommend."

"The way your managers talk to the staff both in front of customers and while observing through a drive through is awful. Im not sure of the one girls name but the other ones name is Beth or Bethany. She won't let customers use more than one coupon which after some research I found out is against policy. She yells at employees who follow said policy when they are simply doing their jobs. If the minimum wage crew can maintain respect in the workplace I have no idea why someone making a much higher salary while doing half the work can't. I avoid the place because of her. I have watched her belittle the staff time and time again marching around like she's got something to prove, just because they have a different way of operating then she does. I've watched the district manager maintain the same style of disrespect towards the staff for similar "issues". I've heard them threating the staff with their jobs over allowing a customer to use a coupon code. This is a poor reflection of the business owner. Anyone who finds these kinds of operations in the workforce acceptable needs to spend a day in their shoes. No wonder y'all always have hiring posters up. I will say the crew is amazing, hardworking, respectful and incredible for putting up with the things they have to on a daily.. but abuse is not the way to get that kind of behavior out of someone. It is incredibly alarming how long this has been allowed to continue once again, a reflection of the owner and higher ups. Yeah it's just a burger king but these are PEOPLE. stop with the domestic violence and abuse! it is quite triggering for those of us who have been in bad situations and we come their to eat with a friendly atmosphere, it shoots you back to a bad place when that's what we witness. We come to eat a meal not to watch an obese woman order young people around hysterically every time she clocks in. This kind of behavior is disgusting and the owner shouldn't have let it continue this long. The younger guy, I think he's a manager as well does an amazing job but Bethany needs to find a life outside of digging through cold fries and people's scraps for her next meal and picking on highschool/college kids all whilst disrespecting the staff who makes it. She's got a problem and if the owner won't say something I think I'll make her cry myself next time I witness this kind of animosity towards the kids who work diligently to fill her make believe quotas. I've heard her complain that the workers were taking from her bonus and such by following protocol while she can't even comb her hair to be presentable half the time. Very unprofessional and disgusting. If you award your managers by displaying this kind of behavior perhaps corporate should consider removing you as a franchise owner. The staff hasn't worked this hard in poor positions to be treated worse by someone they work with shoulder to shoulder then a customer. Do better BK."
