"I had never been to a qdoba before but needed something to eat. The inside had the clean yet dirty feel with multiple visible rolling garbage cans just at the front door, but no crumbs on the tables. I stood at the counter and staff were less than friendly. No hello. No eye contact. I stared at the menu and it was out of order from price and steps and generally just hard to understand so I took a while to decide what to get. The portion size and cost ratio is absolutely bonkers. I had never paid so much for a cheese quesadilla and a bag of broken chips in my life. The staff seemed bothered at me ordering it and of course the credit card machine asked for a tip. When I didn’t tip the cashier threw out the customer receipt so I couldn’t do the corporate review. I recommend salsa ritas down the road or even Taco Bell. This was a bummer."
"The restaurant is fine to go. The food is tasty and the portion is okay. The value is good. The staff is cheerful and the restaurant is clean, although a little run down. I dine here often."
"Tried their Family menu! Food was filling. Chicken was crunchy! Queso with chips was mouthwatering! 5 star for food but front desk denied the free chips under my rewards account. Regular customer take a note not all of things in rewards can’t be redeemed at store."
