"I have always enjoyed Culver's. Prices always seem fair and food always seems above standard. But tonight, this location in Rochester was my visit to said location. Must have an excellent manager. The place seemed just a bit extra clean. Food seemed to come out faster, hotter... and the 'ol butter burgers I swear seemed best ever had - of any Culver's."

"I’m very confused on why I was charged .30 to take OFF a couple of slices of tomatoes on my hamburger. I’m not happy with that. I get it, it’s .30 but it’s a stupid up charge. Especially in this economy. You’d think you’d be charged for adding them on… other than that, great food."

"Hello, I actually love this restaurant!! I’m not going to lie, the food is good staff is normally above and beyond. But today I visited the store as a dasher and not a regular customer and I most definitely felt discriminated against. I could be wrong but my reasons for writing this review it to fix these kinds of issue in my community. I came in the collect an order. Of course the lady at the counter was amazing, I was on the phone with my sister so I wasn’t paying much attention. (Remind you I waited nearly 10 additional minutes for my order) no problem. The lady at the front desk even updated me periodically on the status of my pick up order. So when it was finally done, a lady came from the back to hand me the order. She looked me in my eyes then pulled the order back as if she was with holding it, as if I was going to steal it if she didn’t. Or I don’t know what the reasons is, or if The company told her to treat customers that way when they are a delivery service. But I didn’t appreciate it. I know this is protocol (asking to confirm the order before picking it up) but at the same time, that was invented because people was stealing orders, and getting wrong orders. I didn’t match that description. And it wasn’t them kind of circumstances. So I want to say add a sign if it’s protocol and make sure everybody is treating each other the way they wanted to be treated again I could be wrong but I wanted to share my experience"

"Customer service is always friendly and personable. Not something one expects from a drive through fast food place. Food is always very tasty, hot and fresh. I usually order the fish or the pot roast sandwich. So yummy!! Their French fries are joy!"

"This restaurant is one of my favorite casual style restraints around for the atomepshere, value and food quality. They have one of the best burgers. I usually get butterburger cheese and fried. Many meal options and different ice cream flavors. Very clean always dining, lobby and bathrooms. They have seating outside and drive-thru. They give you free kids meal or a toy from their display after you buy 10 kids meals."
