"It's hard to not rate a Chipotle 5 stars. This time was a little odd.... Where were the fajita veggies? If I'm getting a veggie bowel, which I was, these are important. The person making my food was in a rush to get to no one behind me. Then, I had to wait for the cashier. The cashier was very nice. Why did my guacamole have a whole slice of avocado? Good I really like avocado slices!"

"THE OWNERS REPLIES ARE UNCARING AND COLD! NOTHING HAS CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!! GO TO THE WEBSITE? YOU GO TO THE WEBSITE OWNER! MAKE CHANGES NOT EXCUSES!! The place is falling apart, cheaply built, poor lighting, dirty, no sauces, no forks, no knives and the garbage was overflowing. I asked for a fork for my steak bowl and was informed they were out of forks for over a week. I have to eat steak with a spoon? I asked for sauce and the employee supplied the whole restaurant with just ONE flavor of EACH. Two bottles of sauce for the whole place. People have to wait to get sauce? Drinks are way too sugary. Is too much syrup being distributed? Tastes like it. NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE! Employees will use smaller portions of items if running low to avoid getting new product as long as possible. I will NOT recommend anyone eat here and I will NOT be returning. Soo many bad reviews and they are truthful! This place sucks!"

"I ordered online and even tipped before hand. I arrived 10 minutes later than my pickup time and my order still wasn't ready. In fact the online order pick up shelf was completely empty but the food prep station was full of employees( in casual conversation), while the restaurant was actually busy. The supervisor prepared my food he acknowledged me when I arrived but he messed up my order twice he put my empty cup in a bag stickered it shut and handed it to me... And I didn't understand why he didn't just hand me the empty cup so that I could fill it up especially after I waited for him to prepare it. He forgot both of my bags of chips once he checked my receipt he instantly walks away without warning me that chips had to be made fresh because they were completely out so I sat awkwardly at the front for 6 more minutes watching him put raw tortillas in grease and talk with his co workers I was in a hurry and this was an inconvenience I would've just passed on the chips but I didn't fuss or complain as I have realized chipotle has fallen off I've given up on them I was actually buying food for other people and it was a disappointment. The Bowl was half empty and the sauce was dried up and didn't taste fresh."
