"Prices are absolutely ridiculous and service is horrible. Took them a half an hour to serve 4 people. Ended up leaving the line and went to Burgrz for faster service, better food, for the same price."
"I thought I'd give this place another try. I hadn't stopped here in three years because the food, at that time, was so bad. Well, that has not changed! I tried to specify what I wanted on the cheeseburger, but I could tell the person taking my order was struggling with the computer, so it didn't surprise me that I didn't get what I ordered. I was in a hurry so I just ate it anyway. They weren't preparing the hamburgers by the front area so I don't know if it was grilled to order for me but the meat was cold and the bun was so dried out it fell completely apart. There was a Wendy's corporate type guy in the dining room on his laptop and on speaker phone with a tech support or other training person the entire time I was eating in the dining room. That was slightly annoying. The soft drink machine in the dining room was not working but the guy behind the counter gladly got my drink from the drive-thru area. On the PLUS side... The fries were good. The dining room was clean. The trash cans were emptied. And the guy taking orders was VERY friendly, engaging and nice. He was trying hard! He got the rating up from 1 star."
"Very slow service and then forgot one of my burgers. The dining room was filthy ketchup dispenser empty, the drink machine covered all the way down to the floor in syrup. I love Wendy's but this restaurant probably has dave rolling over in his grave."

"I’ve went to this place for several years, and the service used to be great. There was an older woman who I think ran the place, she always took the orders at the window and she was fast, accurate, really good. A few months ago they must’ve changed management because everybody changed and has been horrible ever since. Half the time they don’t have the lunch menu up in time. The shake machine is now broken most of the time. The people who take the orders aren’t very good. And I’ve been mis-charged a couple times as well and had orders screwed up. Congratulations you went from first to worst!"
