"Worst food service ever. Ordered four burrito bowls online from here tonight and bowls looked pathetic. Bowls were hardly 50% filled. All of them missing toppings like no lettuce, no fajitas. I had it worst because I ordered a veggie bowl and got it without any lettuce or fajitas. It was not even 40% filled. Ended up making my own fajitas and added lettuce to all of them. I would have gone back and returned the food but just didn't have the energy to go back and stand in the customer line at 8 pm. That was the whole reason I placed my order online in the first place. Really bad experience!!"
"The worst experience ever. The bowl Was only half filled with half of the items missing. I asked for tomato corn salsa, sour cream And cheese too which all were missing. Only rice, beans, guac and lettuce were there. I would never order through this store. Please be aware and don’t order through door dash or uber. Go personally because they mess up all online orders. Also this order was placed at 11:45 am so it is not something late hours where they would be out of things."
"Ordered on app went to pick up and wow… Steak on tacos and salad are like cardboard guac is brown and my salad looks like someone spit in it. Chips are stale and when we returned to ask about the salad dressing we were told they were out, this is the only place that runs out of the dressing. In addition the manager was rude. Avoid this place like the plague!!"
"I ordered online received my food and AFTER I poured my sauce on my bowl I noticed a long piece of hair in the sauce container. I went back to chipotle to show them, at first I was offered a just a new sauce but I explained I already poured the sauce on my food and I don’t think that’s sanitary so I would like a new bowl. The chipotle employee gave me a look and with an attitude asked why would I need a new bowl. I again explained saying there was a hair in the sauce that’s not sanitary. The worker did end up making me a new bowl which I apperciate but I DO NOT apperciate the attitude behind it. Maybe you ALL need to wear hair nets while making food. (NONE of the employees were wearing hair nets)"
