"Definitely make an appointment to see your primary doctor, because they literally are not warm and caring here. Two times I have been in the last 2 months, once Er, very poor care, the radiologist was very warm and friendly….. I’ve had a rough last few months, my girls lost their dad, and I’ve been really sick with the flu, then another virus! I work with public, I often get emotional because I don’t even like hospitals but I thought I needed an antibiotic, did not want to give me one and tried pushing otc meds! I know what my body is telling me! Maybe this hospital should listen to their patients and hear what they are actually feeling instead of being cold and condescending!"

"Checked in ER quickly and saw dr fast enough but the wait for X-ray results and nurse never answering call button, not good experience. Finally, just left. Guess you got to just fix yourself at home. Completely useless and waste of time at least in Watervliet"

"Worst staff I have ever delt with the Mexican nurse (wasn't allowed her name) told me how to take or speak to my kid when I steped out of the room for a phone call. It's very rude to tell people how to raise their children. She gave me nothing but an attitude from the moment I came in an when I told the supervisor I was told nothing can be done about it beasied a talking to. I I would really like her name so I can report her to the board to directors at the hospital because I don't take kindly to people being rude because I'm white."

"They don’t take you seriously, wanna get you in and out and don’t really care I felt like. One particular nurse is a smart ash, doctor runs in and out on you and is on the computer more than being concerned about ya, went to Saint joe and they actually helped! honestly if you can handle your pain long enough , go to any other hospital. not all of them are bad but overall not a great experience"

"On June 20, 2023 Peggy was having total knee replacement. Waterviliet hospital 3rd floor. Everyone did an excellent job. Anesthesiologists was a joy to work with, explaining everything he was doing. The staff was awesome. The two nurses that did everything for us Teresa and Tamyra were amazing. Thank You for an excellent experience."
