"Service is slow. The food sits on the counter, waiting on the cashier to bring it to you. Fries, 3 visits, have been Luke warm. We all know that Arby's fries are not when good, warm, or cold. They need to be hot."
"I have been an Arby’s fan since the ‘70s and I don’t recall ever feeling compelled to express my disappointment like I do today. (There were no cars in the lot, no line at drive thru and 2 employees in the shop so it isn’t like they were busy feeling rushed.) I used drive thru and ordered a classic Beef & Cheddar sandwich, small fry and two turnovers. Fifteen minutes later I was home and started eating. The sandwich was terrible. It had a spot of cheese on it and maybe a half tsp of Arby’s sauce. So basically no cheese or sauce and the guy at the window didn’t throw any sauce, salt, or napkins in the bag like he should have.
