"The employees need to be trained properly. This the second time I ordered carry out soup and she I get home I found out that the bread in the bag. Today I ordered a bowel and a cup of soup. Of course the bread was missing again! This is terrible service. In addition, this Panera changed the policy for sip cup members. Meaning, if you want a cup of coffee you have to go to the kiosk and order. Then, you go to the area where you pick up the food and wait to get a cup of coffee. When I complained for the incovenience I was told with very rude behavior that people are stealing coffee. The attitude of the employee made feel that the statement was directed to me, then, when I asked for double cups the employee refused. It is very unprofessional place and have no choice but to avoid it all together."
"This is a bad Panara. The bagels are never fresh. They have a very limited variety of bagels at this location. The last time I was there, I went through the drive thru. All I ordered was a smoothie and a bagel with nothing done to it (not even cut) and despite the fact that no one was in front of me, it took almost 15 minutes to get my order."
"It's Panera. You know what you're getting, a boiled plastic bag of factory made slop that's chemically perfect for their intents, soaked up by some slightly-better-than-Subway bread. It's better than starving and it's safer than the coney island next door. That's about as positive as I can be."
