"Waited at drive thru for 5 minutes while girl took order from the car in the lane next to mine. Another car pulled up in the other lane as the car was pulling away. She proceeded to take his order and completely ignored me. I then decided to go in and complain… and take my order, needless to say, it was chaos! No one at register to take order for 10 minutes: Ended up walking out! This is not the first time. I won’t go back! They are understaffed and overwhelmed! Whoever owns this particular franchise should definitely reassess."

"This place is trash, can’t open up doors as if we’re still in lock down .. they keep people waiting in drive thru line with hopes of not working and making customers leave.. don’t come over the speaker until five minutes of waiting in line .. phone is disconnected. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get the f out and get somebody in that knows how to manage time and make money"

"One of the worst out there. No one in drive through line. Took them over 3 minutes just to answer the intercom. Guy counting money only had to give me 9 dollars back. He started having change in his hand from register. Took over 30 seconds to hand me 9 dollars. I'm the only person at the window and it's taking them over 7 minutes to hand me a simple order. What is going on in there?"

"One of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. They take forever to get you your food, even when there’s nobody else in line. They get most orders wrong or they just straight up purposely mess with it. Last time I ordered a steaks, egg and cheese and they gave me bacon instead of the steak. Last time I checked the steak was more expensive. Stealing money from customers is crazy."

"Pictures with times visible for your viewing pleasure...i ordered a sausage end egg biscuit (i added cheese and got charged for it as well). I received a sausage patty on a biscuit...dining room closed due to staffing (although several workers observed outside chilling with a huge line in the drive through). Had to go back through and wait.. while waiting they said they lost power. I pulled up, observed that power was on (see pictures). Who i believed to be the manager approached the window i explained exaxtly what i ordered he took it and only slapped a slice of cheese on it (so now i have a sausage patty and cheese no egg yet). I backed the car up and the woman who originally took my order and payment went back and put egg on my sandwhich (in my opinion the only employee working at the time to include the manager that was worth interacting with. She was the only one i observed that was there to work so kudos to her)... all in all it was 30 minutes from when i arrived to when i pulled off... oh and half the menu items were unavailable as well. First and last time visiting this location. Manager needs to be fired immediately (i even showed him my receipt before he disrespectfully didnt correct my sandwhich his subbordinate employee did. . If i coukd give 0 stars i would."
