"Very strange atmosphere and customer service at the drive thru late at night. All the lights are off and I only have a very brief interaction with a human in the drive thru line. Only to receive no communication after that. One of the most bizarre experiences I’ve had at 12:50am in a taco bell drive thru. Something needs to change and happen here."
"Stole our money. We Placed online order. Went to the store to pickup, they said on the speaker they were closed. At the speaker they said they couldn't give us a refund. Came back 20 min later and employees were in a physical altercation in the parking lot with each other. We contacted corporate and still have not been given our money back. Came back This place is a joke. Not sure why the person on the speaker wasnt capable of putting meat and cheese in a tortilla, why we couldn't cancel the order in app, or why corporate hasn't gotten back to us. Don't go here."
"Horrible service and even worse attitude. Bunch of people standing around and when we order they forget to add on our quesadillas and when we ask them to add it on they get an attitude and they claim they can't add it on and we have to pull around and re order. As 2 people who have worked in fast food you simply can edit the order because we haven't paid yet. When we mention that they close the door and say "Well they didn't say sh!t so they won't get sh!t""
"My son found a press on nail in his food. Was disgusted and dissapointed, we attempted to get in contact with the store just to get hung up on. Overall a bad experience. Overall the service was pretty good and we were treated nicely, it was just the nail in his crunchwrap that ruined the night."
