"Order a double shot of espresso. The cashier kept my change, and when I asked for my change, he acted as though he was trying to open the register and then started acting like he didn't understand English. If I could give them a zero rating, I would worse place ever!!!"

"I ordered from this place on door dash, and they messed my order up twice. I let it go the first time, but when my second order came and it was wrong, I called to complain. Someone answered and when I started telling them my issue, I heard the person talking in the background back and forth with someone else, then he hung up on me. I tried calling back and there was no answer. I’m not even the type of person to make a big deal like this to even type up a Google review, but when he hung up on me and didn’t even listen to what I had to say, I figured I’d let everyone know."
"I’m a little gagged at how well this location is being maintained. Staff was understanding, helpful, and courteous. No flies, no bugs, no dirt on the floors; fairly clean. Not bad at all for a Dunkin in MI."
"By far the best dunkin location I’ve been to. The guys at the driver thru are always so sweet and nice! If you go at the right time, they’re pretty fast. You can expect some slowness from time to time but I feel like that’s per usual at any coffee location you go to. 100% recommend!"
