"I purchased 6 pieces of orange roughy from this place. And only 2 pieces were orange roughy, the others were tilapia. When I called to inform them of the problem, the man who answered the phone was rude and wanted to argue. I just advised him that I would discontinue my patronage."
"Be careful when you place a large order. I called the day before I placed our order, and we were told one price. When I put in my order the next day, they claimed that they did not charge me for an item. The manager was never available. They overcharged me. Beware..........."
"I know the owner and those who accused him of being a liar, you should be ashamed of yourself. The owner would never lie to his worst enemies let alone his customers. So many fake accounts that are trying to put the business down, but you guys are doing great work! Keep up the good work and food ☺️"
"Every time I go here there’s an issue so make sure you look at the menu and prices because i ordered 8 tenders a medium fry and 10 shrimp in cornmeal they did it in batter, so had to make it all over again and only gave me 9 shrimp call me petty but I want what I paid for , also they gave me 14 tenders and charged me when I said 8 they push off something I didn’t order on me and made me pay for it this isn’t the first time then the manager called me a liar and literally watched me count the shrimp and proceeded to say I ate one when in fact he watched me not eat anything. They need better people working in there. Good taste good but I’m tired of the customer service I get everytime I go here."
"I will definitely give this place another try in the future. The one time I went here I got the cod dinner and it was pretty good. It seemed a little dry to me like the fish fillets were too thin to stay moist on the inside. The portions were good. Tons of fries and the lemon salt they offer was very tasty. Call ahead because it does take a solid 20 minutes to get your order prepared but it is fresh and hot when you get it. From reading these reviews I see that a lot of people like the shrimp. Maybe next time I’ll try the shrimp. It was definitely good enough and prices were right to try again. I’m glad to see a local business doing well in this area of Ypsilanti."
