"The food is great. The service is slow. But here's the big problem. When I was paying at the table by credit card, the waitress entered a 20% tip, and moved to the next screen without giving me the option. When I asked her to go back to the previous screen she got really rude. I insisted on seeing it. She's lucky I gave her a tip at all. She's a greedy, ignorant person. I probably should have talked to a manager. Poor service, had to ask twice for anything. But again, the food was great."
"My server Kim was great very attentive and super fast. Food came out really fast too. Little concerned with the temp of the food I wonder if the heat lamp was on or not. My pancakes were warm not hot along with the eggs they were on the cool side the steak was not bad nor not the best so I gusse you could say it was as could be expected. The service and Atmosphere really made this a nice experince. So all in all the food was fine."
"This IHOP is by far the worst one I've been too outside of the metro Detroit locations. Ordered on the phone, you can barely hear the person on the phone. Had to repeat the name on the order 3 times and somehow the person still put the wrong name on the order. Asked for blueberry pancakes; double blueberry with blueberry syrup and extra syrup. Didn't get anything blueberry. Got one syrup pack per order of pancakes which I ordered 2 orders of pancakes. Didn't get any extras. How am I supposed to eat 3 pancakes with one package of syrup. Then, my omelette was cooked super well done and it has a long piece of hair in it. The hash browns and my pancakes where cold as ice. I'm so over this place. I'm done with this particular location."
