"Best order from home for pickup ever. I ordered all from my desktop, walked in at the scheduled time, and got my order by last name off the pickup shelf. Shake was next to the shelf. Energetic staff was present, but I didn't need to speak with anyone. Easy-peasy!"
"I went a few weeks ago around lunch time and the guy behind the counter was kind of rude to a lady waiting to order after me. He said "are you going to order or what?" Anyway, the food was on par for Arby's and the soda fountain was very nice and new looking."

"I've never been a huge Arby's fan but there was a 3 day power outage in my neighborhood so needless to say Arby's was the only business on the block with power and I needed to charge my phone. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, and the staff kept all of the orders flowing quickly despite the store being packed with a ton of people who went there for the same reason I did. No complaints here."
