"I pull up to the drive thru she says “ Hi we only have bone in chicken” I say that’s fine, and she says “ it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait he is dropping it now” I leave . Has happened repeatedly. Worst fast food service and atmosphere in the Ann Arbor /Ypsi area. You were warned !"
"Good luck getting what you want here. Literally every time I go, they’re out of food, their “system is down,” or it takes 30+ minutes to get a chicken sandwich. Just not worth it."
"This location should just close down, incorrect order every time I come here. This was supposed to be a 3pc combo. 1) The chicken in the back is pretty hollow 2) No honey (which I asked for) 3) Strawberry biscuit instead of the regular biscuit 4) No mashed potatoes (which I asked for) 5) Had to remind the guy of the drink that came with the order. Probably not coming back here"
"What are you guys doing the receipt clearly says $10.99 6pc Tnd 2can dine spicy 6pc 2 biscuits fries and red beans and rice. So please help me figure out why there's only 1 biscuit and only 3 tenders? This is terrible and reminds me why I very rarely eat out. And when I tried calling up there to speak to someone about this no one answered the phone this was a mobile order. Thanks for getting over on your customers shows how much they're valued."
