"Customer service was my issue at this location. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes listening to the employee's have a conversation about their relationship issues I finally got someone's attention by leaning over the counter and they were pretty rude telling me. They are not taking register orders at this time that I have to use the kiosk. There was no sign or note saying kiosk only."
"We ordered food on Door dash. The chicken quesadilla had the smallest amount off cheese. Some Sauce and zero meat. I can't belive anyone would even send that out thinking it was okay. It might as well have been 2 tortilla. I'm absolutely dumbfounded how this can even happen. And I didn't even get into how much they charge for them to make a mistake** like this. I hope they can figure there $h!t out."
"I have gotten my food within a matter of less than 5 minutes for a $25 order so it was extremely happy with that and how I was greeted by the guy out front and he was friendly. Plus my food was made correct but they forgot my cinnamon twists LOL other than that no complaints here.."
"Taco bell is my favorite chain for a cheap vegetarian options. Spicy Soft potato taco and Cheesy bean and rice burrito are one the best options you can get and that too for 1 dollar at most locations. There service was slow, other than that it's a great fast food chain"
"Terrible customer service each and every time I go here. They typically close their fryers an hour or two before they close and sometimes just stop taking orders completely. When they do take orders they either give you an attitude or mess up the order in some way. I do my best to avoid this Taco Bell when I can but they are one of the few that stay open past 11PM unfortunately."
