"This is was my first time placing an order through door dash with them and I am very sensitive to gluten and I made the mistake by thinking I ordered “regular gluten free” but instead ordered white bread. I quickly called and the employees were quick to help and fixed my order when door-dash didn’t have that option. For a company to acknowledge, recognize and be caring to people who struggle to find a place to eat with these allergies and intolerances means so much! THANK YOU!"
"Never once has this location gotten my order right. I’ve ordered from here a total of 6 times, and every single time something is wrong or off. The steak in my sandwich looks and tastes like it was scraped off the ground after sitting there for a week. Beltline location is 10x better, these people are lazy and disgusting and have no sense of food quality. Never had a problem with jersey mikes until I started ordering from this location because it’s closer. I’d rather make the trip to a location further from me for better quality."
"This is our first time trying Jersey Mike's, and we are very impressed! We ordered online and picked up our food to take home. Our food was done when we arrived, so it was done quickly. Other than putting onions on a sub we ordered without, our order was perfect. Pricing is fair. The sandwiches were delicious! We bought two cold sandwiches and one hot. The #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and #13 Original Italian. Food was fresh, well prepared, and very tasty. We will be trying them again in the future!"
