"Employees are always friendly and have my order ready when promised. Service with a smile when I arrive to pick up my order. Friendly atmosphere and clean store."
"Last night will be the final time that we will be visiting this location. As soon as I walked in to pick up my online order, it was chaos. One of the workers began cussing out their coworker in front of all of the customers and just left. Another one started working on food without washing their hands. There was no acknowledgment of any of the customers who came in for at least five minutes. Our pizza had been dropped and was being remade but no apology for the delay. No employees were wearing gloves except the girl who was prepping the pizzas. The only plus we had was that our pizza was cooked well but not worth going backed based on the service and in store conditions."
"I have had a few orders that have been hurried, something, forgotten, or not correct but it happens sometimes and I rarely ever complain. The reason I don't complain is they are the only place I order from 1. If I put a note they always call to make sure they understand and have it right. 2 I don't care when I order it never takes more than 45 minutes I have never had to wait for my food. 3 When I come pick it up the employees are always pleasant and polite."
"Sometimes the breadsticks aren't to the normal Pizza Hut standards. I have never had a problem with them forgetting to include anything that I ordered. If only they could make the breadsticks the same each time. While I am here I would like to add that the Pizza Hut app is trash."
"This place use to be really good but now it’s just garbage. Every time we order curb side we end up having to go in, every time we order Xtra toppings we literally get less than what we would had gotten if we didn’t order Xtra. The short black girl there is rude and clueless. The fact that she knows absolutely nothing is beyond me. The staff are always playing instead of actually working. One time I ordered chicken and pineapple pizza instead of her saying we’re out of chicken she decided to put all pineapples and literally two pieces of chicken on my pizza. However I received a refund but still to pay all that money and the food is terrible, This by far is my last time spending money here."
