"Would have been nice if I was told it would be 15 min for the lunch special pepperoni before paying. 11:30am is when I arrived."

"Ordered one of those heart shaped pizzas to be picked up at 7pm at around 430 that afternoon. Got a call from Jets at about 25 minutes before my order was to be ready saying that they ran out of the heart shaped pizzas an hour and half ago. First of all, I ordered at 430 and it should have been seen earlier and saved for me. Second of all, why wait to call me that late? They did offer a small deep dish and bread sticks at the same price which was fine. The woman on the phone said it will be ready at 7. I get there at 705 and the order was not ready. So they waited all this time to tell me that they didn't have something which I ordered before the time they said that they ran out and now it wasn't ready at the time they said. The food was ready at around 710 and it was good and fresh and did offer something similar at the same price. Otherwise, I would have rated them lower."

"Today my order was incorrect. I called the location and was told per manager John Sopno I would have to return to the store, complain and wait for a correct pizza. The person on the phone at the location was uncertain if I was going to have to pay for it again."

"Ordered a large thick crust pizza. Ham, sausage and onion. What happened to the items? Certainly got a thick crust. Seven slices of ham, thirteen pieces of sausage and a few onion slices. The BBQ boneless wings and a spritz of sauce. And the order cost more then last order. My last order."

"Most excellent service and the food is amazing. I recommend the cajan crust flavor Chicago style pizza. Very friendly crew working there. I really like going there. 5 Stars to this place. See you again soon."
