"We just ate at a different Arby's last month and it was great so I know it's not the franchise. Today the meat was ok... not great, the buns were off, and the sauces - the Arby sauce was bit full flavored as usual and the Horsey sauce was very bland. They tasted watered down. I do live the tree in this location though."
"Used the drive thru and the fries were missing from our order. I called and the woman who answered said if I went back to get them, they would make me fresh ones, but that was all they offered. Had I gone back for the fries, the rest of the food would have gotten cold. Booooo Arby's. ZERO for service."
