"Upon staying at Best Western Plus we called cottage inn to order pizza and wings according to the coupon prices on the sign in the hotel room. Manager would not honor them. Needless to say don't order pizza there because they won't honor the prices that are in the hotel room. Next I'm taking this down to the manager at the hotel and explaining to them they should not even be in the room because cottage and won't honor the prices."

"I love this place. But when you can clearly hear the employees making fun of the waiting customers OVER THE MUSIC, that kinda sours the experience. So i decided to give them another shot after several months. I didn't even get to the door before an employee outside wearing your company apron pointed and laughed at me for seemingly no reason. I was the only other person there so it wasn't a mistake. I took my sub money and went to the gas station next door instead. I will not be returning. No amount of delicious food is worth being made fun of over. Highly unprofessional. ."
